    2. Public Forums

      If you use any comment or form submission functions on our site, any PII you submit can be read, collected, or used by other users of these tools, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the PII you choose to submit in these forums.

      In addition, names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers provided by visitors via online forms may be added to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê’s database(s). This information may be used for correspondence, e-mail, or other uses consistent with Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê’s business practices and/or academic mission. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê may also use such information to provide users with notifications concerning College and community events.

    4. Non-Personally Identifiable Information

      When you visit Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê websites and other Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê digital properties, we may automatically collect and store information sent by your web browser, such as IP addresses (i.e., the Internet address of your computer) in server logs. We also collect standard information about your computer (such as your web browser and operating system) and about your usage of our websites and digital properties (such as pages visited, length of visit, and search queries). This information, which does not identify you personally, is aggregated and used to help diagnose problems and suggest points for improving parts of our website and digital properties. For example, we utilize website analytics software to identify which parts of our website are most heavily used.

      Cookies are small pieces of data automatically stored in a user’s browser when a website is visited.     In cases when Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê has personally identifiable information (PII) about you, we will not sell, rent, or share that PII with unnecessary third parties and will treat it in compliance with other related institutional policies and federal and state laws and regulations. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê may share PII with authorized third parties for the purposes of providing services or when required to comply with legal and/or law enforcement requirements.

  3. BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

    Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê may contract with third-party vendors to show our advertisements on non-Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê websites and digital properties. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê and third-party vendors with whom we contract may use cookies and web beacons to serve our ads based on your prior visit(s) to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê websites and digital properties and to assess the effectiveness of our ads. This is also called Targeted Advertising or Interest-Based Advertising.

    These techniques use only non-personally identifiable information, and you may opt out of behavioral advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative .

    Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê is firmly committed to data security. To restrict unauthorized access and to ensure data integrity and security, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê implements physical, electronic, and administrative policies and procedures intended to safeguard information the College collects and/or stores. However, the College cannot assure or warrant absolute data security.

  5. THIRD PARTY SITES

    Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê websites and digital properties may link to external sites that are not controlled by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê. Your use of such websites will be subject to the privacy statements of those websites, which we encourage you to read. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites and does not make any representations about them.

  6. YOUR CONSENT AND HOW TO CONTACT US

    By visiting Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê sites and services, you consent to the collection, storage, and dissemination of PII and aggregate data as described above. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time.
