A quartet from the ¶¶ÒõMax Symphony Chamber Series plays for ¶¶ÒõMax honors and music students in Sessions Hall

The ¶¶ÒõMax Honors Program recently hosted the ¶¶ÒõMax Symphony Chamber Series, a free concert featuring a string quartet from the . The symphony's slogan, "This is what community sounds like," reinforces the symphony's mission to be out in the community and provide educational experiences.

The quartet played music from Mozart to contemporary films. The concert was attended by many, including Honors and music students. Following the performance, there was a question and answer session where PC students asked about the musicians' career choices, instruments, and lives. The PC Honors Program and ¶¶ÒõMax Symphony are dedicated to bringing more of this programming to campus throughout the academic year.

The ¶¶ÒõMax Honors Program is available to all ¶¶ÒõMax students who have a 3.25 or higher Maricopa cumulative grade point average and at least 12 graded credits (100 level or above) and offers Honors classes, scholarships, personal advising, and the Honors Hub, a student space.
